Working experience with tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision, Draw.io, or Omnigraffle. Portfolio of relevant design work, with focus both on process and finished work. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multitasking skills. Background working in the enterprise world or building full feature applications. Description: Our Florida client, a major governmental and commercial supplier of systems and services, requires an on-site Network Architect/ Senior Systems Engineer. Please note that this is not a programming, straight IT position, but is focused on network engineering. You will lead the design / implementation of network architectures. Must have active TS/SSBI or TS/SCI security clearance. DESCRIPTION: - Lead designing, implementing, doing testing and troubleshooting extremely complex LANs and enterprise networks for various projects / proposals. - Interacting with external and internal stakeholders. FUNCTIONS SUCH AS: - Developing network architecture and designs as required by stakeholders. - Working with senior customers and program managers to improve network engineering strategies and approaches. - Helping develop system-level and network level requirements, test plans, and integration tasks. - Determine and develop internal requirements and interface control documents from client or product requirements. - Technical leader for development teams re technical and functional baseline and design reviews, requirements. - Technical planning, system integration, verification and validation activities. REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA computer/technical area and 5 to 7 years' related experience. Must have active TS/SSBI or TS/SCI security clearance. Industry network and security certifications (e.g. CISSP) are a plus. PREFER EXPERIENCE IN: **Designing, architecture, development, and implementation of large scale WANs, LANs (ICD 503 security requirements). Signal modulation, encoding, and other digital processing schemes. Network software and hardware components, architectures, interfaces.
